Course Structure

Your course will start as soon as you you get your Lecture Notes and are granted access to your online account. You will begin OnlinePrep by taking a Diagnostic Test. This will help help you determine your strengths/weaknesses.

You can then use your account to access the lectures to learn the USMLE content. Throughout the course you can take 9 assessment tests on various subjects to assess your progress - this will enable you determine areas which you need to improve.

On top of this you will take a full length simulated online exam which lets you assess yourself in exam-like conditions.

Step 2 CK assesses application to patient care, health promotion and disease prevention. The exam tests the clinical sciences:

Test format:

370 questions
9 hours of testing (including an hour of break time).
Two multiple-choice formats used on Step 2 CK: single best answer and single answer matching

Passing the USMLE:

Minimum passing score: 184/75
This corresponds to answering 60-70% of the items correctly, approximately 222 -259 questions
